At La'luvii, we want you to love your purchase as much as we loved selecting it for you. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we offer a simple and hassle-free return policy to ensure your shopping experience is enjoyable.
Returns:
- Items can be returned within 30 days of the purchase date.
- To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition, with all tags still attached.
- Sale items marked as “final sale” are not eligible for return or exchange.
How to Return:

2. In-Store Purchases: If you bought your item in-store, please bring it back to our boutique along with your receipt for a quick return or exchange.
Refunds:
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund to the original form of payment. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
Exchanges:
- If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the return steps above and indicate your desired exchange item. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request, subject to availability.
Shipping Costs:
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are returning an item, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective item or an error on our part.
